The De Cecco Ragù alla Bolognese sauce is produced while maintaining the simplicity of the original recipe. A generous portion of diced onions, celery, and carrot are added to the tomato paste, along with tender, delicious top-quality meat.

Created in collaboration with the famous 3-star Michelin chef Heinz Beck, it is made only with Italian tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, and the finest ingredients that, when simmered together, enhance the unique taste of the recipe.

De Cecco does not use preservatives or colorants to preserve all the authentic flavors of the key ingredients used.
