Generally good, but the trunk was in poor condition and full of knots, which are particularly unsightly, strangely enough, since the main point of differentiation of this product from the competition is its trunk... Also, it needs at least two to three days on the balcony to air out... I wouldn't have chosen it if I had seen it up close first...
