• Sesame (Omega 6+9)
• Flaxseeds (Omega 3+6+9)
• Macadamia nuts (Omega 7+9)

Provides essential fatty acids, such as:

• α-linolenic (Omega 3)
• linoleic (Omega 6)
• oleic (Omega 9)
• palmitoleic (Omega 7)

The main properties of fatty acids include:

• Linoleic Acid contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels.
• α-linolenic acid also contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels.

Sesame (Sesamum indicum) contains Omega fatty acids, vitamin E, and lignans such as sesamin. Sesame oil is rich in essential fatty acids.

Flax seeds (Linum usitatissimum) are a natural source rich in α-linolenic and linoleic acid.

Macadamia is known for its high content of monounsaturated fatty acids.
