The Back to Berkeley boots, originally created in the 60s for hiking, draw inspiration from the past but are built to last into the future, thanks to the waterproof DryVent membrane and nickel-free metal hardware. Made with 100% recycled PET canvas and mesh lining. The leather collar and suede logo come from tanneries certified by the Leather Working Group, making these boots a better choice for the world around us.

Perhaps the only shoe I have worn for winter that is very warm!!! So warm that you think there is something inside that heats up....I highly recommend you get it...lightweight, soft, and definitely super for hiking as well. I wear them at work and have worn them out in harsh conditions. Hits, water, snow, etc. Very, very warm.....!!!!!!!!! I got them yesterday!!!!! The only downside, let's say, is the tying of the laces at the top, but they are hiking shoes, so that's how they tie.
