The brush is very good; when I used it, it didn't bother me anywhere. It also gives you the option to remove the pins in case water has gotten underneath so that you can clean it. When I used it, it had the feel of a comb, meaning that when I rubbed it on my head, it was like using a comb, so it didn't bother me much. To be used correctly, your hair needs to be wet; otherwise, the teeth will get tangled with the hair, and it doesn't require much pressure, just gently like you're caressing the face or head.

Excellent massage brush especially for cases of dry skin. I use it together with the Vichy dercos shampoo once a week and the dryness has disappeared
