I have atopic dermatitis and I have tried every cream from every company. There is no better cream! I have been using it for years and I wouldn't change it for anything! It immediately moisturizes my hands and stops any cracking and irritation. If you apply it while you have extensive dryness and cracks, it may sting a little but it will make your hands silky in just a few applications!
