Made from solid - wear resistant - rubber with a 50 mm steel ring in the center.

• Available in 5 - 10 - 20 kg
• The diameter of all plates is 45 cm for a solid mass on the bar.
• Suitable for drops from medium height when combined with a suitable crossfit bar and wooden platform or thick rubber flooring.
• Dropping with only one plate on each side of the bar is not allowed, especially if it is of small thickness.
