The wheels are axle-mounted, so they do not turn right/left, but they are also more durable. An advantage for the category (1/24) is that the trunk (liftback) opens. The standard doors/engine also open. Another positive is that it has 5-6 red LEDs in the front which, combined with 3 batteries (like laser party lights), create the characteristic visual effect that KITT also has in the series. It is activated by opening/closing the driver's door for a few seconds.
A general disadvantage of the company (Jada) is that they make the cars a bit bulkier compared to other 1/24 scale models. It looks more like 1/22! This looks a bit bad when it is among cars from other companies. Also, the company usually makes them more flashy than the originals. So here, for example, the body seems to be lower (suspension) compared to the TV series.
