Combining an ultra-light yet supportive sole, rocker geometry of the midsole, and SurfaceCTRL traction, Vectiv technology is designed to maximize energy on the trail. And for the Exploris, this translates to hiking shoes designed to go the distance. But while this version is packed with the same great details as the original, a few changes have been made. The platform underfoot is wider to provide greater stability. The stack height is 2 mm higher for improved comfort and support. And the midsole offers a forked heel and TPU plate for increased lateral displacement and stability.

Designed with input from The North Face athletes, the Futurelight membrane remains as waterproof and breathable as ever. The heels and toes are reinforced for protection on rocky trails, and the 4 mm lugs hold firmly on uneven terrain.
