Real-time status display
The crystal-clear digital display shows the temperature and CPU usage of your system in real-time, and there is also a high-temperature warning. The display is controlled through a simple application that requires only an open USB 2.0 header.
Proven AK Zero Dark Design
An entirely black variant of our highly compatible AK500 CPU cooler featuring an offset direct-touch layout, a wide tower design with five heat pipes, a unique black matrix fin design, and a high-performance FDB fan that provides excellent heat dissipation and ultra-low noise levels.
Stellar Cooling
The excellent cooling performance of the AK500 DIGITAL on modern CPUs makes it the ideal choice for mainstream systems that need an impressive price-performance ratio in a compact size.
Cool, Quiet, and Powerful
Achieve high-performance cooling with minimal noise levels thanks to the included FK120 fan, which maximizes airflow and static pressure when needed and intelligently lowers speeds for silent performance.
Top Compatibility
The angular design of the offset heat pipes provides free access to the DIMM slots for better compatibility with tall heat spreaders and also highlights any RGB lighting. For quad-channel motherboards, the rear slots have a clearance of 45 mm.
Simple and Safe Installation
The provided metal mounting bracket offers an easy installation process that ensures proper contact and equal pressure on both Intel and AMD platforms.

Installed in a Be Quiet Pure Base 500DX case and currently cooling a Ryzen 5 Pro 4650G until the Ryzen 7 5700X3D arrives, for which it was purchased. Replaced the Be Quiet Pure Rock 2 and in idle and under load temperatures, although there is a difference, it is not huge. I should note that I used Arctic MX-5 and not the thermal paste that came in the package, as well as that I did not use the component for reducing RPM-noise included in the package. Specifically, in idle on Windows 10, from 33 -> 31°C. In a synthetic half-hour stress test (Cinebench R24) from 66 -> 62°C while in gaming from 61 -> 56°C. In Linux Mint 22.3 in idle from 34 -> 29°C while under load from 51 -> 47°C. For all the above temperatures, the room temperature was consistently at 20.5°C. Regarding the software to operate the screen on Windows 10, you simply download and install the program from Deepcool's website. In Linux Mint/Ubuntu/Arch etc., I followed the instructions in Nortank12's GitHub repo and the screen works flawlessly, automatically upon booting the operating system. In terms of noise, using the Sound meter on an Android phone with calibration beforehand, we are talking about 34dB under load from the cooler alone, while if we consider noise from case fans & GPU fans, we are talking about 38-39dB. The case is next to me on the desk at a distance of less than 0.5m from my ear, so for someone who has it on the floor or on a shelf/furniture further away, the perception of noise will be different. *** The photo is taken while I am on Linux Mint with Firefox with 5 active tabs and 6 applications in the background (Discord, Spotify, Terminal, Libre Office, Thunderbird, and Obsidian) while I was writing this review. Also, in the photo, it may look bulky - it is definitely not small - but the GPU I have is relatively small in size (Sapphire Radeon Pulse RX 6600). Once I receive and install the 5700X3D, I will write my impressions here.
Very good for air cooling and for its price. At least on the Ryzen 9 CPU, I haven't seen it go above 60 degrees under full use (it's also summer which affects temperatures). I mainly recommend it for CPUs that already don't raise temperatures much. The screen is very helpful but only if you have the PC on the desk; otherwise, it doesn't have much significance. After 1.5 months of use, it has no problems at all.
Flawless in its operation and beautiful. It cools a Ryzen 9 5900x and the temperature does not rise above 80 degrees with an ambient temperature of 32 degrees.
More than enough for anything you throw at it. My 13500 is at +10*C at idle and about +40*C at maximum load. The only downside is that its screen doesn't work in Linux. 8/10
I have a ryzen 5 5600 in a be quiet pure base 500 dx with 3 pure wings 140mm fans. With the stock cooler idle i had 45 -50 deg and in a heavy game ( Helldivers 2) i had around 70-75 deg. With the Deepcool cooler in idle i have 35-40 deg and in the same game i have around 50-55 deg.
