The amount it holds is also very good for an adult. It is also helpful that it is not like other thermoses; it is like an open plate and not deep and long like all the others. It washes easily by hand. An extra tip, which the company also recommends, is to preheat the thermos with hot water from the kettle for 5 minutes (or cold water if you want to keep something cold) before putting in the food. Another extra tip is to store it in a thermal bag to keep the food better. It is convenient that it also has a food divider inside. It is just perfect!
