    It cleans very well with an easy app and without problems. Personally, I have a small studio apartment and now I don't need to do absolutely anything with my traditional vacuum. The price and quality are very good. However, I regret not spending an extra 100 euros on the Plus model, which has rotating sponges for mopping. The simple S12 just drags the cloth on the floor. Of course, this doesn't mean it doesn't do a good job; I just would have liked a little more. This is my first vacuum, and I have to say that I wish I had bought it earlier!

    After 10 months I am completely disappointed!
    In vacuuming it's relatively okay...
    In mopping, however, it loses its way and goes back and forth like a fool.
    I came back....
    In the end, I got the S20 plus and I am at peace!
    No comparison....
    Much better in everything!!!
