    I just finished the first 750g; I had bought the pack with 3. I might not buy vanilla again; I can't say I like the taste. Generally, it doesn't dissolve perfectly in water; I shake it. If you let it sit for a while, it separates the water from the powder, so it doesn't dissolve perfectly. IMPORTANT: only those who have a lactose issue will find it worth it; it didn't bother me at all and was light on the stomach. Also, I digest it relatively quickly. (The taste is a bit off, but the result is good, at least personally for me.)
