I had some doubts before buying it, but they were resolved during the first walks. The belt comfortably fits 1 flask, a phone, 1 energy bar, tissues, and a lightweight windbreaker! It may not be visible to the eye, but it has space for long walks. I have easily covered 15 km, and most importantly, you forget you're wearing it!

Convenient waist pouch for runners, with several compartments but not particularly large ones. For example, the 500 ml flask barely fits in one of the two pockets. Construction is relatively good, but it may leak a little if you're not careful when putting it on or taking it off.
