General usage/maintenance instructions for Cooking Pots

• Before using the pot for the first time, remove all labels and stickers, clean it with water and soap, boil a small amount of water, let it cool, and then dry it carefully.
• Coat the non-stick surface with olive oil and wipe gently. It is not necessary to use oils or fats when cooking in a non-stick pot.
• Do not use “spray oil” as the thin layer it creates is likely to burn at low temperatures.
• Choose the correct size of the burner close to the diameter of your pot.
• We recommend using the pot on low or medium heat, not exceeding 280°C.
• Never cook fatty foods that burn or blacken.
• Avoid using sharp cooking tools and do not cut inside the pot.
• Use wooden, plastic, or silicone utensils.
• Store the pot carefully to preserve the internal non-stick coating.
• Pots with plastic handles should not be used in the oven.
• Check the handles of the pot and lid before use.
• For cleaning, prefer hand washing with a sponge and liquid detergent.
• If using a dishwasher, opt for soft detergents and economical cycles at moderate temperature.
• Avoid using abrasive or corrosive products for cleaning.
• After washing, you can rub the pan with a few drops of oil.
• Caution: Do not overheat the pot when it is empty.
• Never leave the pot unattended during cooking.
• Allow the pot to cool before cleaning and use protective gloves.
• Avoid sliding the cooking pots on a ceramic stovetop.
• Ensure the base of the cooking pots and the stovetop are clean before cooking.
