General Use/Maintenance Guidelines for Cooking Pots

• Before using the pot, remove all labels and stickers and clean it with water and soap.
• Coat the non-stick surface with olive oil and wipe lightly.
• Do not use "spray oil" as it may leave residues that damage the non-stick properties.
• Select the correct size of the burner that closely matches the diameter of the pot.
• Use the pot on low or medium heat, no higher than 280°C.
• Avoid cooking fatty foods that burn or char.
• Do not use sharp kitchen tools and do not cut inside the pot.
• The use of wooden, plastic, or silicone tools is recommended.
• Store the pot carefully to keep the non-stick coating intact.
• Ensure that the handles are secure and properly fastened before use.

Cleaning:

• Hand washing with a sponge and liquid dish detergent is recommended.
• If using a dishwasher, select economy cycles at moderate temperature.
• Do not wash aluminum pots in the dishwasher.
• Do not use abrasive and corrosive products.
• Rub the pan with a few drops of oil after each wash.

Attention:

• Do not overheat the pot when it is empty.
• Never leave the pot unattended during cooking.
• Keep the pot away from children when it is hot.
• Avoid sliding the pots on a ceramic stovetop.
• Ensure that the base of your pots is clean before cooking.
