good taste, dissolves easily, but it has only 150mg of caffeine which is enough for some, not for others. comparatively, it's like a Monster.

Whether you buy it or not, it's the same thing... no effect on the crossfit workouts I do... it doesn't help in the slightest

I take a single dose before my daily track training and races, and I can say that it has helped me to a great extent. It is perfect for someone who has no experience with supplements (like myself) and is trying it for the first time. I would highly recommend it over something stronger for advanced users like Curse.

The flavor (Strawberry Margarita) is amazing, making it very enjoyable at any temperature and when consumed.

Update: During winter training, which is not as intense, I take less than half a scoop and it still does an amazing job even at half the amount.
