  This specific device has been in my possession for about 8 months and I use it continuously both in the city and on long trips. It is easy to attach to the helmet, but one point to be careful about is the headphones, which have a thickness that initially pressed against my ears and folded when putting on the helmet, so I put on a balaclava and I’m fine. Regarding connectivity with the phone, it is flawless, quite immediate, does not lose connection, and has quite quality sound even at maximum volume! Regarding calls, the receiver hears you crystal clear without external noise, and correspondingly, you hear clearly up to a certain volume level. If you increase the volume further, it makes some interruptions, but maybe I am doing something wrong, so I don’t say it with certainty. I have encountered rain several times, even heavy rain, and it has shown no signs of damage! Its battery will surprise anyone as it lasts under continuous use for several days. Personally, on a four-day trip where I used it almost all day both morning and evening, I didn’t need to charge it. The buttons it incorporates are user-friendly and will not pose a problem!

  I ordered it this summer (8/2024) to use on a 12-day trip abroad. I connected it, everything was fine, and on the first day after I turned it on, I played music to listen to. After 70 km... I couldn't hear anything. Wow, what a waste of my money, I was muttering inside my helmet.

  I thought maybe the headphones needed to be adjusted a bit up or down. So I did that and lo and behold, I could hear a bell. But only up to 100-110 at most. And we're talking about loud rock music, not ballads and the rest. (helmet Caberg Drift Evo). After that, for higher speeds, you change the intercom and helmet. At a speed of 50-60 km, I talked to a friend of mine from Greece, and he could hear me clearly, and at first, he didn't even realize I was talking and driving at the same time.

  It connects just fine with Xiaomi, I just haven't changed the language of the little Chinese lady who talks to you. Also, the battery lasts quite a while.

  And something very good in its favor.
  On the trip, one day we left Prague (Czech Republic) and with rain, we traveled 340 km to Bratislava (Slovakia). The next day, accompanied by almost a storm from Bratislava, we traveled 500 km and reached Novi Sad (Serbia). And all this with me driving and listening to music.

  Super waterproof!!!

  After about 6 months of use:

  POSITIVES:
  Clear communication whether talking on the phone (Samsung A54 5G, Android 14, One UI: 6.1), or with a passenger having the same intercom model. I haven't tried it with another model.
  Good connection with the mobile and good sound for music and podcasts.
  The other person doesn't realize you're driving, whether with the helmet closed or open when you talk.
  Waterproof (checked).
  It has two types of microphones, one that you stick on like a tick and one like the presenters. I have installed the small one.

  NEGATIVES:
  You won't find videos in English that deal with this model.
  Many functions with few buttons resulting in wrong selections being made.
  Very poor user manual.
  A few times it hasn't connected with the other intercom and I've had to restart the process 2-3 times.
  The radio doesn't have a good signal.

  To connect with your mobile or with an intercom model, you need to press the power button continuously without interruption until you hear the command "Pairing Mode" (8-10 seconds).
  For intercom model: The same process must be done from the other model. When both models are in pairing mode, one presses the power button once and connects with a 5-second delay with the command: "Intercom connected."
  For mobile: Go into Bluetooth and press connect the first time. After that, just keep your mobile's Bluetooth on.

  To remove it from the helmet, press the plastic base at the level of the sound buttons (+, -) towards the helmet.
  I would prefer it again because it does well what I bought it for.

  Positives:
  - Value for money
  - Okay sound, nothing extraordinary
  - Metal base now (previously it was entirely plastic)
  - Includes microphone for open and closed type helmets in the package

  Negatives:
  - Terrible menu (again) - even though it has 5 buttons as hardware, 99% of the functions are controlled by the power button (one function at 2 seconds, another at 5, another at 8 - endlessly silly)
  - Music sharing doesn't work with all handsets, I also have an older Freedconn T-Max (same company as the FX) and it doesn't work with it.

  And one more thing:
  - Useless blue light kit and button next to it that only serves to turn it on or off
  - As the years go by, this company finds even more incompetent Chinese people who don't know English to record the voice prompts for Power On, etc. (Ve bluetooth IZ alleady leady to conet)

  Update: after a month, the button to go to the next song remained pressed and doesn't come out for me to press it. With regular use, it didn't fall or anything like that.

  Kids whatever I say is little for this value for money intercom. It surpasses many euros of intercoms. The sound is excellent in music although its treble is a bit sharp. It doesn't disconnect for any reason, you hear it loud and clear as if you are in a room and you hear it loud and clear even over 150 because of the very strong sound it provides. In the city and at low speeds, I have it on low because it exhausts you if you turn it up loud and that's something I like because it allows me to adjust the volume depending on the kilometers I have with the bike. The build quality is very sturdy and durable with large buttons that are easily accessible and easy to handle. I haven't tried it with other bikes yet and it hasn't been exposed to rain so far. Although I consider it unlikely to have a problem with these parts. I am definitely going to buy another one for my wife's helmet and I will come back for further information.
