The shoe is amazing, weighing 306g in size 44, it has incredible energy return which I didn't expect and works well for both slow and fast paces, pushing you forward, meaning it's a stable shoe in the natural category, and the Puma Grip outsole is the best, it doesn't slip anywhere, we're talking. It competes with many shoes at double the price. As for the size, take half a centimeter larger than the length of your foot. Mine is 28cm and I got 28.5cm, which is size 44 in Puma. The upper part is elastic and hugs the foot like a sock, it's not the classic fabric you see in almost all shoes.

I have run about 60 km on asphalt and open terrain, and my impressions so far are very positive. It is a very high-quality and comfortable everyday training shoe, and excellent value for money for anyone looking for a shoe for relaxed paces.
The upper part is made of elastic knit material that hugs the foot like a sock, with plastic reinforcements in specific areas to provide necessary stability. The Nitro foam from Puma is noticeably superior to the regular EVA foam found in this price range. Additionally, the grip provided by Pumagrip is top-notch.
As for the downsides, it is somewhat one-dimensional in its use, lacks color options, and the knit fabrics usually lack breathability when temperatures rise.
I believe a shoe that can be compared in terms of features and use is the Asics Nimbus, but the Puma can be found 40-50€ cheaper.
Bought for 95.4 euros. In size 42.5, it weighs 286 grams. It is a shoe for medium distances. It is a bit bulky, but quite good as a shoe. It has very good material and a good quantity of material. The sole is soft and stable, it withstands and helps a lot in running. Very good absorption and good responsiveness. Fabric with breathability but not very thin, tongue with elastic but like the fabric, it is a bit thick!
