I have been experiencing frequent urinary tract infections for the past 10 years. It started with once every six months and ended up happening 4 or 5 times a year. I went to many urologists and they all recommended cranberry products (all of them were expensive), but because I didn't have a stable job, I ignored them and couldn't afford to spend such large amounts every month (and I hadn't even bothered to search for cheaper alternatives). Eventually, last year I was getting an infection every month. A pathologist gave me a 6-month treatment and in combination with cranfix (1 pill a day, I take it before going to bed at night), I didn't get another infection for 9 months, which for me was a huge step. I want to conclude with the fact that it is really worth trying it for a long period of time and without forgetting, you have nothing to lose. I regret not trying it all these years, I would have saved all the pain and situations I went through, and of course, all the money that was spent on urine cultures and antibiotics.
