Perhaps the best product purchase I have made. It makes wonderful coffee. Better than most coffee shops. The aftertaste of the coffee is fantastic because essentially, as soon as the coffee beans are cut, coffee comes out directly with the filter. I highly recommend it.

My joy cannot be described! Soooo good machine. We have other machines of this type in the office, but for me, Krups is the best in this category!

In the two years, it gave up. Too bad I didn't enjoy it. Rarely made good coffee. Now as the owner of an 80€ coffee maker, I am quite satisfied.

I have had it for about 4 years (the previous model) and it still works satisfactorily. The only exception is that sometimes (for the past year) it catches something and grinds a smaller amount of coffee than it should.

We bought it for our workplace to serve coffee to 8 people. 5 years of daily use and NO PROBLEMS!!! It has a counter inside and until now, when the boiling container started leaking, listen to this number!! 17,580 coffees!!! I don't know if there is another automatic coffee machine that reliable!

In the 5 years, it was losing water and they told me that it needs a replacement kettle for 160€ & then it will need another spare part for 50€. In total, 210€!!!!

Fantastic coffee maker. I recently bought it and I have been amazed by the taste of the coffee and the creaminess it produces. I haven't tried the frothed milk yet. But for coffee, it's perfect

I have had it for 4 years, it hasn't suffered any damage. I have cleaned it fully only once from the inside and I don't bother with it anymore.
The coffee is average, but we don't have high expectations from a semi-automatic home machine, that's why it gets 3 stars.
I now believe that for the money it asks for, someone can find something else that is newer.
I won't change it until it falls apart in my hands.. In closing, I want to reiterate that it doesn't make frothy milk

The steam wand is simply terrible, it doesn't froth milk.

For transitioning from a simple machine to an automatic one, it is a very good choice. However, adjustments need to be made to the grinder according to the brand of coffee for better results, and then you can even compare it to professional machines. It is honest for its price. The only flaw I find is in the cleaning of the grinder, which requires a long process, and in the grinder settings.

After a year of use, after making the correct settings based on the comments I read and the instructions on how to open it to adjust the grinder correctly, I am completely satisfied. The only problem I had was with the frother, in the end all it needed was for the nozzle to be opened with a pin on the top of the thin tube, it was also written in the instructions with a photo but it was not easily understandable. It makes perfect frothed milk very easily, so it definitely deserves a 5/5 from me

If you get a good coffee (I prefer Jakobs and Vergnano Ricco 700, but that's subjective) and not a cheap one, the coffee you will drink will be comparable to coffee shops. Of course, the amount of ml that will be brewed plays a big role. I would recommend the 30ml which corresponds to 21 grams of coffee. It has two options: strong and regular coffee. I always use the button for strong coffee. The only drawbacks are that the coffee residue bin and the drip tray fill up relatively quickly.

A true espresso lover would never buy an automatic machine. For around 300€, you can get a decent little machine along with a grinder and start experimenting.

To achieve a good coffee at the beginning, you need to experiment a lot with its settings, but if you invest the time, the result will justify it.
Update:
Everything is fine as a machine, but if you ever need service, expect to wait for spare parts for at least 1.5 months. Personally, I had a bad experience with two Krups machines that stayed at the service center for more than 2 months (so it wasn't a coincidence). The coffee is good, but I will never buy Krups again because of their service.
Update 22/3/22:
In 2.5 years, I had to go to the service center 4 times, with long waits for spare parts, 3 of which were within the warranty period. Fortunately, the last one cost me 80 euros, but after 1 month, it broke again. I didn't even bother going to the service center and threw it in the trash. To take care of my health, I ordered a Delonghi and found peace.

It makes good coffee, the super negative characteristic is found in the case of repair. There is no specialized technician to repair it. I just took it for repair because it was leaking water internally during cleaning instead of externally where it should have been, and it was the last time we had coffee, they destroyed it and couldn't repair it. Otherwise, for the two years it lasted, it was a good investment.

I have had the machine for 2 years and it makes at least 2 coffees every day. It has not presented any operational issues whatsoever. When you play around with the settings, the coffee is perfect.

When I first bought the coffee machine, to be honest, I was a little disappointed. The coffee was watery and the foam was mediocre to bad. I tried different beans, but the result didn't satisfy me. I would rate it with 3 stars for sure. So, I read the comments and experimented with changing the grind setting. Following the advice from a video I found in the comments, I played around a bit and the result proved me right. Now I drink coffee just the way I like it. For those who haven't been satisfied with the coffee's result, I suggest making the effort to do the same. They will be drinking a completely different coffee.

Well, the machine is very good. I have had it for 2 months and I didn't write immediately because something didn't please me. The coffee grinding needed adjustment because it produced watery coffee. I opened it with praise and adjusted the grinder to grind finer, then the result was excellent. Whoever wants good coffee should do it, it's not rocket science.

A very good and user-friendly machine, I have it for about 1 year without any problems. The only thing I don't like enough is that it only has 3 levels of coffee grinding adjustment. I would like more to be able to control the flow more easily. I use COFFEELS 60% arabica - 40% robusta beans

Good machine. It produces a good amount of coffee if you make more than 30 ml. For my taste, I have to make a double and it's not enough. The process is fully automated and very easy to use. You just press the button and the coffee is ready without having to clean anything. However, it makes quite a bit of noise. But I have some doubts about the quality of its blades. Overall, I recommend it.

I have had it for about a month. It makes very good espresso with great ease. Unfortunately, I have not yet managed to achieve the desired result with Fredo. Overall, I am very satisfied with its use.

Good household machine with illy coffee capsules that I work perfectly and we enjoy fresh coffee. I highly recommend it without hesitation

I have had the machine for two years. In Greece, it cost 555€. Eventually, I bought it from Germany, and I have had it for 2+ years. It is very good, and you can choose any brand of coffee beans you want, depending on your taste and budget. I use HSB coffee, and it is simply perfect. I highly recommend it.

4 stars because in order to make frothy milk with the nozzle, you need to have a master's degree in Medicine! However, the problem is solved with a separate milk frother and its accessory from Krups.
Otherwise, it makes amazing coffee, very quickly, it is very easy to use, fully automated (for single, double, strong, light, etc.) and cleans with the press of a button. It also has an indicator that informs you whenever it needs general cleaning or descaling. I think it is the best semi-professional espresso machine on the market and I have tried quite a few...

In my possession for 3 months now. It was bought for 258. I had the Illy espresso machine and due to the expensive capsules, I decided to try it with coffee beans. The impression is mediocre and it doesn't compare to the Illy capsules in terms of aroma and taste. That's probably why you pay so much for the capsules, but... you don't know what they contain. I experimented with everything and noticed slight, imperceptible differences. I don't know what the problem is, but it still makes espresso and cappuccino quickly. The negative aspect is the nozzle for frothed milk, which always needs cleaning! Otherwise, it gets clogged. Don't bother buying special cleaning and descaling products from KRUPPS, just run the descaling program and pour plenty of white vinegar into the water tank. 8/1/19 It still works well. I have tried various coffee brands. The results are almost the same in terms of taste.

Perfect! The perfect coffee from a home use machine. And of course, everything is automatic without making a mess in the kitchen... Pay attention to the beans you choose!
