I have had it for many years, I don't remember exactly how many because I can't find the receipt anymore. It is very durable and very powerful. It does everything. Even when I pushed it to its limits, it managed to handle it. It has never needed any repairs. I have registered it electronically with the company and they sent me a book with many recipes translated into Greek for free.

The disadvantages I found are the following:
1. Out of the three mixing attachments that come with the box, only the wire for light preparations like meringue and creams is stainless steel. The other two are not, and the coating they had came off after a few uses and washes. They could all be stainless steel instead of having to pay extra to acquire them.
2. When making dough, if you increase the intensity a little, it becomes unstable. Only if you increase the intensity, for example, if you are in a hurry and want the dough to be kneaded faster. Other kitchen machines I saw in videos don't do this. Of course, it doesn't have any such problem in all other aspects.

I would buy it again, and it is one of the best purchases I have ever made. Completely hassle-free purchase.

I have the mixer for a few months. Indeed, it is very good, it kneads nicely and even at some point when I overloaded it with the use of the jug, it automatically stopped working to protect the mechanism. After a while, it started working normally again!

One thing bothered me. The glass thermo jug did not seal properly when I accidentally did not place the rubber on its base, resulting in liquids running into the mechanism right below it. Fortunately, it was not in operation, so I took it to the service center to clean it since the liquids also came out of the power switch. The carbon brushes were also replaced. It cost around 30 euros.

Perhaps a better arrangement or sealing of the mechanism would have been a solution, as mistakes are human and in the future, the rubber can be replaced, so one lives with anxiety.

I was forced to buy another separate plastic jug from Kenwood with a motor mechanism (which is not related to the mixer, it is something independent). It cost around 50 euros. In this one, there is care for any leakage since the base of the mechanism is like a basin, with a point for any leaks to escape and not enter the motor (I want to believe). But even if it gets damaged, it will cost 50 euros and not the mixer, which doesn't come cheap
