The construction is mediocre, but overall it is good; just be careful because it is not a sturdy build, and the clips snap on just fine but are sensitive. For a second litter box for vacations, it is just what we needed. Of course, they claim it comes complete with filters, but they forgot to include them. It is tall and spacious, but the front door does not seal completely and stays slightly ajar, and I don't know depending on the sand you will use if it will smell.
