It has two straps with plastic clips, personally I have removed the second one (as shown in the photo).
It comes with 2 plastic tubes which I assume are meant to maintain the shape of the seat. On top, I have placed a blanket to avoid any discomfort (not visible in the photo).
Also, I do not use the seat belt as it does not inspire much confidence, I use extra ones that attach to the passenger seat headrest.
It is great for its price, and the front pocket with a zipper is useful, I put collapsible bowls for water and food.
