  After 2 years, the battery fails. Even if you change the 2 AA batteries it comes with, the phone discharges and shuts down after 10 minutes of use. The same happened with both identical devices I bought 2 years ago. First with my mother's phone and then a few months later with mine. It's better to spend 10 euros more and get something that will last for years and won't have an expiration date so soon.

  I think it is the ultimate value for money landline phone that every household has. Personally, I have seen it in many houses, not by chance. I have had it for 7 or 8 years, it is sturdy, it has survived falls and it still works like the first day.

  Of course, it is not suitable for elderly people because it does not have speakerphone and although the volume can be adjusted, it probably won't work for someone with hearing problems. However, there are phones specifically designed for these cases.

  The battery lasts comfortably for 2 days, and its range has been tested on 3 floors and works fine.

  The sound quality is as it should be for a landline phone. One note, since everything is VoIP now, the internet speed at home also plays a (small) role. Of course, a phone call requires a maximum of 1 Mbps internet to function properly. So in areas where there is no signal at all (e.g. villages or basements), it is probably the internet's fault and not the phone itself.

  That's it. In short, it is perfect for new individuals, but not recommended for people with hearing problems.
