Description
Diverting valve from the company Icma, suitable for use in radiator body. The diverting valve's main function is the automatic diversion of hot water from a domestic hot water production unit directly to hot water usage or to the second heat source. If the temperature of the water from the domestic hot water production unit is higher than the preset diversion temperature, the water is diverted for consumption. Conversely, if the water temperature is lower, the water is diverted to the second heat source for reheating.
It is a triode, which means it has 3 ports that you can use as you prefer for your installation. You can use one as the input for the medium and the other two as output, or vice versa. When the input is closed, the flow is interrupted, while when it is open, the flow at the input is the same as the flow at the output.
It is made of brass, which is an alloy of copper and zinc, and it has good resistance to corrosion while also being durable over time.
