  I had an open litter box and my kitten was throwing the litter around very clumsily! After a lot of searching, I bought this one. It has solved my problems! No litter falls outside! With good litter, it also contains the odors. It is very spacious and the cat can easily jump in and out. Sturdy construction and very easy to clean, as the lid lifts up completely! I am thrilled!

  My cat (now 6.5 kg) has been using this litter box since he was little without any problems. When he comes out, there is minimal litter scattered and it needs cleaning every 3-4 days unlike traditional litter boxes.

  Recently we hosted a stray cat with her own litter box. While the two cats were not familiar, my cat hesitated to use the closed litter box until it became a game for both of them. Gradually they started using whichever toilet was closer. Now they prefer the simple open litter box because it is more accessible.

  Unfortunately, cats will always prefer open litter boxes. However, the cleanliness of the closed one cannot be compared to anything. In the future, I would buy a second closed litter box to remove the open one and use it only for trips.
