I have it for 3 years and I only use it to wash the car. It has already asked me once for a water pump and from what I see it needs it again. I bought it from the dealership for 300 euros to be sure (my goodness) and I regret all the money I spent. Very sensitive machine for the brand and its price and quite weak, I would not recommend it!!!

Bought about two years ago, occasional use for washing the verandas at home and the car. It has broken two or three times, luckily I had the receipt with which I had a two-year warranty (reduced to one year with an invoice). The staff at the store in Piraeus are always helpful and I would like to take this opportunity to thank them, so in terms of service and after-sales, I have to say they are good. As a machine, it is mediocre because the reason is that the motor, from what I read later, is small and plastic, unlike another brand where in the basic version equivalent to that of Karcher at the same price, the motor is water-cooled and not plastic, as I understood. One time the motor broke, the other time the switch stopped working 7 days before the warranty expired, and after they replaced it, it stopped again after ten minutes of operation. They told me that it's because of the detergent I use... In conclusion, I would like more reliability from such a brand, for the next one I will definitely research much more, either a larger model from the same company or another company.
