The DC4 sharpener from Fallkniven is made from synthetic diamonds and synthetic sapphires. These materials are among the hardest and are ideal for sharpening any type of steel.

No wetting with water or lubrication is required; all that is needed is a wash with warm water and liquid soap after considerable use.

At the beginning of use, the stone is very hard, but with use, it 'softens' and makes sharpening easier.
