  I have had rhinitis for years and my ENT told me to try another well-known brand. After a while, I decided to upgrade to this brand and saw even better results; my nose runs less during the day and it has helped me a little with the phlegm I have in the morning. I liked that this bottle, compared to the other brand, is even more flexible and is of very good quality. I got the base to keep it upside down to dry, it was relatively cheap and also has storage space for the sachets.
  Tips that I have read/heard and ultimately apply to me:
  1. Don’t use cold water but warm water because I noticed that with cold water it goes up, for example, more easily to the ear and also the feeling is not nice, while with warm water the texture is perfect. I also shake it a little to make sure the "salt" goes everywhere.
  2. I do half and half and it has worked for me as my doctor told me; I suck in one half until halfway and then the other half in the other nostril respectively.
  3. It requires moderate pressure so it doesn’t go up to the ear!! (I experienced this once and my ear hurt for about an hour and also at first I was a bit worried because we know that the cochlea of the ear is also where our balance is, and that’s why I got a bit dizzy!!!) And as we walk, we keep our head upright, sometimes sideways but a little forward so that the water doesn’t fall from the sink and with our mouth open, and it’s normal if a little comes out of the mouth.
  4. I don’t know if it helps to do the rinse twice, but once I tried to do it with plain water for the second time in a row after using the sachet, for some reason I felt a strong burning sensation in my nose and maybe we shouldn’t do that.
  5. Afterwards, we always have tissue nearby (I now have a box of Zewa tissues so they don’t fall apart, just saying) and I blow gently and slowly because again it’s risky for the water to go up and it won’t feel nice!!

  Anyway, I don’t know if I’m generally doing something wrong, but I haven’t seen anything come out except for one time, but even then it was just a little. Maybe my nose is already clean due to the rhinitis since I always wipe my nose and that’s why nothing comes out when I rinse. I will try to maybe use 2 sachets and shake them properly.

  Excellent. I didn't expect to have such good results from such a simple product. There are some points you need to pay attention to. If your nose is blocked, it won't unclog it. It won't solve chronic problems like deviated septum, polyps, swollen turbinates, etc. What it will do is clean your nose better than blowing it, and the feeling will last for at least a few hours. It may help with allergies and congestion, and it will definitely moisturize. Another thing you should be aware of is that the specific packaging does not include the bottle. It's a simple bottle, but it's perfect as you can hold it upright and see what you're doing in the mirror, especially if you're doing it for the first time.
