The First Austria burner is ceramic with a smooth glass surface, which changes to red when heated. It heats up very quickly and evenly thanks to the heating elements located beneath its surface. Additionally, it is easy to clean, as all you need to do is soap it with a damp sponge after it has cooled down. Then rinse it until all food residues are gone.

The control for selecting the desired temperatures and settings is done via a rotary knob.

The temperature can reach 300°C within 30 seconds.

Its diameter is 19.4 cm which allows the use of larger cookware.
