I opened the nipple hole more because it had no flow at all, and when you shake it, milk comes out from the lid. Also, if you have the green plastic inside, which is what distinguishes this bottle, it doesn't screw well and milk still leaks around. You have to be very careful when screwing it as if it's a science. Even bottles that cost 4€ are not this bad.
