After 15 days....
The package is nice and at a good price, but after just 1 week, the red rubber broke and I'm not even a bodybuilder! I've fixed it 2 times and it keeps breaking again.
The jump rope alone could cost as much as the whole set! It's amazing! The bands are also the classic ones we know, but with the clips on each end, it allows you to adjust exactly the size of the resistance that is suitable for your level. It also has wrist supports for wrist stability, overall very good VFM!
I have had them for a few weeks, but without exaggeration, there are programs on the internet and videos that work out the whole body and you don't even need to go to the gym
