A TOP capsule among the best available in Europe in terms of nutrient content. It includes the entire complex of B vitamins. I highly recommend it. Always choose the box of 60 tablets as it is more economical!

The only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is because the capsule is large and difficult to swallow for many, including myself. You can easily break it apart and consume it, or simply grind it into a glass and add it to your juice. Just be careful to consume it immediately as it oxidizes quickly.

P.S. Don't worry if your urine is yellow as if you have consumed dye. It is perfectly normal!

Miraculous vitamins that actually do what they promise, very satisfied after 4 months and 2 packages, BUT... the difficulty in swallowing was present in almost every pill, culminating with the last one, after which I am writing this review, which literally almost choked me, and because of this, I give 2 stars. Truly, my fear and dissatisfaction have now overshadowed anything positive that this vitamin had built. I always try to swallow it with big and quick gulps of water as when we are very thirsty, to lead it more easily to the stomach. However, the pill got (I don't know how) lodged wide in my throat and stuck without me being able to swallow it. I tried to cough it out and after I couldn't, I shoved my finger down my throat as deep as I could and with the tip bent in a hook shape, I pulled it out. I should add that I have tried cutting it in half, but the surface at the cut becomes rough, and sometimes 'teeth' form on its coating resulting in discomfort or scraping during swallowing.
I really can't believe that in a company that probably makes the best vitamins, no one has thought, even after so many negative reviews, to simply make the pills half the size and increase the dosage from 1 to 2 daily.
I consider it a given that with such a product and this scale of distribution and availability, it is only a matter of time before something bad happens and they are dealing with legal issues. The product must EITHER be withdrawn OR corrected. I, however, while I want to use it, no longer intend to in this form.

    Use water from a bottle, not a glass. Cover the opening with your lips, take a deep breath, and almost without breath swallow the pill in one go. Do you know this technique? That’s how it becomes easy. Otherwise, it’s hard to get it down to the stomach.
    Also, it has difficulty opening. You press and twist.
    I have it half-open and I’m relieved.

    It's a shame that those who made it didn't think of this.

    I understand that the size may be difficult for many people, but I swallow them whole without any problem, just with a little water.
    The urine will indeed be colored greenish-yellow, so don't be alarmed.

    After using it for 1.5 months, I have both positives and negatives:
    Positives - It does what it promises as I saw a huge difference in energy and rest, excellent price for what it offers.
    Negatives - Extremely large size if someone has difficulty swallowing, it colors and scents the urine very intensely, I found myself becoming constipated with daily use while I have never had a problem as far back as I can remember, so now I use it every other day. It may also coincide with insufficient water intake since I generally have a little issue with that.

    Overall, yes, I would recommend it as it noticeably provides what it promises in terms of vitamins and assistance.

    It is the best multivitamin I have tried, I saw immediate results in endurance and mood from the 2nd to 3rd day. If your urine comes out in a bright color, don't worry because your body is expelling the excess B6 (Riboflavin). As for the difficulty in swallowing, cut it in half with a knife and that's it. It offers so much that the issue of swallowing is the last thing we should be concerned about.

    The worst thing about this multivitamin is for one reason only. I will not evaluate its effectiveness but its size and its outer casing, which makes swallowing not just difficult but dangerous in the literal sense of the term dangerous. Specifically, I had to cut them in half the few times I took them and still struggled to swallow them. One time I choked and almost suffocated, and I repeat with half the vitamin. I see people on the internet promoting it incredibly obviously at a loss....
