  I do not like the smell, I had it on my hand for a week and it softened somewhat. I bought it for hand regeneration. They say it is not for hydration and you keep saying it is not good.   I have been using Cicaplast by Laroche Posay for years. They didn't have it at the pharmacy, so I decided to try this one. It's good, but it definitely needs an additional moisturizer on top. Cicaplast repairs and hydrates perfectly. Also, what bothers me the most is that when you wash your hands, the soap doesn't lather, you have to wash them three times to feel clean. So, I only use it at night...

  Spectacular result from the FIRST use.
  I didn't believe it when it was recommended to me, but honestly, with hands torn, cracked, dehydrated, and rough from the cold, I had tried everything, even heavy ointments, and nothing worked. With this specific one, I saw immediate results, my hands softened, and the wounds healed.
  For those who have issues with cracked hands, this is the only one I recommend.

  I had hyperkeratosis, dry skin, cracked skin to the point of causing wounds sometimes on 3 fingers around the nails. The hyperkeratosis was lifting my nails slowly as if they were deaf. I suffered from this issue for about 3 years. During these 3 years, I visited 4 dermatologists and the "Syggros" hospital. They did 3 cultures and they all came out clean, they gave me local cold burns, they recommended a psoriasis medication which I stopped after 18 days because it worsened the problem significantly, they gave me a moisturizing nail cream even though it is a dermatological condition. A few days ago, they recommended another dermatologist to me. She diagnosed a dermatological condition (she was shocked by the instructions of the previous ones!!), damaged skin pH from cleansers, chlorine, etc., and she prescribed a 30-day treatment with a cortisone medication to restore them to their normal form in combination with this cream. From the second day, I saw a tremendous difference and today, as I write this review, it is the 12th day and my fingers are flawless as if I never had anything. It regenerates perfectly, absorbs quickly, has a neutral scent, and fully moisturizes.

  The specific cream is REPAIRING-PROTECTIVE, it contains zinc sulfate, copper, lead, and healing agents (i.e. antiseptics). This means that it is intended for the treatment of specific problems. Particularly very dry-cracked to even split-bleeding hands from work or climate changes. So we are talking about a medicinal cream that should not contain fragrance and NOT a moisturizing-fragrant cream.

  I read the good reviews, but I think I disagree to some extent... I don't have issues with my hands, I bought it for moisturizing. I can say that other cheaper creams help me much more. This specific one only moisturizes at the moment I apply it, and the next day my hands are terrible again! Also, I don't like its scent at all... I won't buy it again!
