Purchased for use by an elderly person who only uses it for calls. The ringtone is satisfactory and the battery lasts a few days depending on usage. The use of the mobile is a bit complicated as the call and end buttons do not have green and red colors, making it more difficult to explain what each button does to older individuals. Nevertheless, as a device, it functions normally and has not shown any problems.

The charger doesn't charge the battery, even if you charge it all day! Fortunately, I had another charger. The interlocutor can't hear you well. Overall, it has many uncomfortable elements in its operation. Update: The battery barely lasts two days!!!

A silly mistake and a half..... I use Nokia phones with buttons for work..... very poor device.... many downsides..... unacceptable.....
And the cherry on top: the charger broke during the first 10 charging uses..... due to necessity, I'm still using it unless something unexpected happens.... out of necessity.....!!

It has nothing to do with the old nokias, but it does its job for 2-3 years. After that, it needs to be replaced because the buttons start to not work and sometimes it doesn't ring when you get a call.

It has a mediocre speaker. I can be heard well by the interlocutor, but the second person is not heard excellently. In a noisy environment (commotion, music), it doesn't sound good, even if the speaker is at maximum volume. Other than that, it's a fine phone, very cheap, without a camera.

I give three stars because the company continuously lowers the quality and cuts options from the menus or makes them unnecessarily complicated. In this specific case, there are two negatives: the letters in the SMS have shrunk to half their size, 50% smaller compared to previous versions without any need; they look like miniatures, especially for an elderly person with presbyopia or other vision problems. Also, the names in the contacts indeed only take up to 10 characters. Another point that may complicate things for older individuals is that the button in the top right corresponds to the radio, which can often be accidentally pressed, making it difficult to turn it off again.

Just what is needed for simple use and for elderly people. Compared to others, the central menu button is more comfortable, while in others you accidentally press the neighboring buttons with your finger because they were small

I bought this mobile phone in August 2023 for my grandmother who is 80+ because it has an easy menu and is similar to previous Nokia phones she had. The day before yesterday, while it was fully charged, it showed low battery overnight. This has been happening for a few days now. How is it possible for such a new phone to not even last one day on a full charge? I know that Nokia's reputation as a brand has declined significantly, but we would never go for alskatel or other unknown, cheap models.

What I got has a Greek menu and has some classic games like doodle jump, snake, and Crossy road. Overall, the battery life is good. I don't know if I would recommend it for older people, but it's great for the army. If you're afraid of accidentally opening the radio, just open it once and turn the volume all the way down.

The worst thing.
First: It cuts off names from contacts. It only leaves 10-12 letters. So "Papadopoulos" becomes "Papadopou" etc. If possible, a phone from 2023.
Second: The right button (above the red one that ends the call) opens the radio and you can't change its function. So if an elderly person accidentally presses it, it starts playing music. ABSURD.

Disappointing if you want it for an elderly person.
