The trail running shoe, Asics Gel-Trabuco 11, is ideal for mountain trails, offering top stability and comfort with less weight. It is also redesigned with better grip for the trails. An adaptive guidance system and wide base nets contribute to creating a more stable stride on different terrains. 

It is ideal for when you need extra support during the final stages of your outdoor excursion. The renewed rock protection plate features a flexible construction that protects your feet from sharp rocks and rough terrain. An additional 2mm has been added to the stack height to improve comfort and shock absorption. The outsole is shaped with renewed ASICSGRIP technology. This material helps you have better grip on various off-road surfaces.

    I use them for training and trail running races. I have been running in the mountains for 16 years. There are better shoes, BUT IT IS VERY DIFFICULT to find one better in shock absorption, no matter what the terrain is !!! Ideal, therefore, for those who have knee problems or want to increase the chances of preventing them... These are from experience... I hope I helped... Good kilometers to everyone!
