I had the Nimbus 25 which is a very comfortable shoe. Compared to the Nimbus 25, it is much harder to step on. If I had tried them in a store, I wouldn't have bought them and I'm posting this review for friends who want a user comparison between the two models. So, if you are above the ideal weight, the Nimbus 25 is the best option.
Update 17/7/24: They got a hole in the front, I took them to my cobbler, he stitched them up, reopened them, stitched them again, and I’m crossing my fingers. Terrible quality for the fabric for this money and to wear out in 7 months from simple walking.. what a shame because they are very expensive.
----------
I bought these shoes for everyday walking after a lot of searching. I had a problem with the tendon in my foot and was looking for quality, lightweight shoes without shock and arch support. In well-known stores, they are expensive, but on platforms like Skroutz, the prices are more affordable if you find your size. Their elastics are good and absorb shocks. They have a wide sole for better grip and support. On the other hand, the arch support is unfortunately small. If you’re tired of tying shoelaces, I recommend elastic ones with a button.
After 6 months, the inner fabric at the heel developed a hole from use. Also, while I initially had no problem, now I feel pressure from the sides on my little toe. The tendon issue was eventually resolved with special insoles from a podiatrist.
In conclusion, these are the comparatively best shoes I have tried and found. They are comfortable, have good shock absorption, but show wear on the inner fabric and pressure on the sides of the foot.
P.S. If you have foot issues, listen to me and get insoles to save yourself; it’s very important because if your body isn’t supported properly, you might later have issues with your hips, back, knees, etc.
For this amount of money, there are better options. Within two months, it started to tear at the big toe, and imagine that I also cut my nails. Wasted money, a shame for the name.
Having had 6 knee surgeries, I noticed a huge difference in my running. With other shoes, after 5 km, I was in pain for 2 days! With these shoes, I'm ready the next day. They lose 1 star for their sizing compared to other shoes; I wear size 48 in sports shoes, I bought one size up for these as I read online, but I returned them and ultimately needed 2 sizes up. I wear size 50 in Asics.))
Half size larger than what you wear ... nice fit but tore very easily on the side in 4 months!
Regular use, walking at work (I work in an airport, so I walk on tiles) within 3 weeks it became like this, my two friends experienced the same, the quality has deteriorated, the previous model did not break like this.
Better than the nova blast 3 that I had. (personal opinion). The quality and the stability I was looking for are there!
I have been buying the Kayano series for many years and the 30s in terms of durability may be the worst I have ever worn. After 3 months of using them only for walking, the upper part of the mesh tore on both shoes. Also, after 4 months, it started to hit on the metatarsal, which problem was simply solved by not tying the laces tightly. In other words, having them looser. I was not satisfied for the money I have spent.
For overpronation and flat feet, it's great. And in terms of quality, it's good. The price is quite reasonable at 150 that I bought it for
Owner of the 29 and very satisfied, I bought the 30. I use them for long hours of work shoes. 3 things bothered me compared to the 29. The air sole gets dirty very easily around the edges and doesn't clean well. They are tighter and bother me a little. They slip incredibly. On the other hand, they have very good grip and are soft. Would I buy them again? No. I will go back to the 29.
Finally, Asics understood its mistake and now its soles are harder than last year's models, which were so soft that they basically had no shock absorption. This one has good energy return.
Very good shoe.
Very nice and comfortable shoes (size 48, 165-205 euros, quite expensive). I also have the previous series, 29 - 28, etc. The only downside I found is that they are not suitable for driving a Smart 451, as I need to press both the gas and brake.
Bought for 119.4 euros. Size 42.5 and weight 302g. It is a shoe for medium distances with arch support. I wasn't crazy about it, it's not much more advanced than the 29, in some aspects the 29 is better. Breathable fabric and tongue with elastic. The sole is harder than the 29 and that bothered me a little. But it is quite good and performs well in running. It is a fairly stable and reliable shoe, but not worth the money.
I bought this sports shoe because of my wide feet, which so far has been convenient for me. As for comfort, it lacks a bit, at least for the one and a half months that I have had them. They need to be broken in. The size in my case is 47 as ordered, while for work shoes I wear size 45. Of course, the fit of each shoe also plays a role. Overall, it is good. Only time will tell
