  I have the 9 and the 12, they work perfectly and I am fully satisfied, in turbo mode they make a huge difference in winter and summer, I noticed that the 9 has a stronger and noisier internal fan than the 12, the health function on the remote control is ionization, cooling all summer the house is 22-24 degrees (46 sq.m.) in winter I keep it at 20-22 degrees because I get cold very easily in general, the Tesla app is a copy of Tuya Smart, I realized it immediately when I saw the IDENTICAL UI and I immediately tried to connect it to Tuya, both air conditioners connected without any problem because I have all my smart home devices there. The only negative is that both air conditioners in cooling are WHATEVER when you have the fan on auto, I have a set temperature of 24.5 degrees and the house has dropped to 21.5-22, I have gotten cold from the chill and suddenly you hear the compressors revving up, I have woken up some mornings with 18 degrees Celsius in the house (it happened in July and August) if you set the fan manually the compressor does not rev up and down and it cools the house to the point that it becomes refrigerator maintenance. So the fan speed has a direct relationship and affects how quickly or not the compressor will operate. Now I usually run them on mute which immediately fixed my problem, and when I return home I set them to 16 degrees turbo 10-20 minutes before I arrive home, from 26-27 degrees I easily drop to 22-23. As for the wifi, you have to open the cover of the air conditioner and next to the right filter there is a gray box and a button that says reset, if you hold this down for 5-10 seconds it starts blinking and then you can connect it to the app without any problem. Unfortunately, this is not mentioned in the manual. For those of you saying it doesn't have wifi, check if it has the gray box, a kid below in the questions writes detailed connection instructions from what I saw, if you can't find the Tesla app download Tuya Smart.

  If I were to buy again I would also put a 12 in the bedroom but on the day of purchase there was only one 9 and one 12 left and I was freezing from the cold and of course I didn't want to use heaters with bulbs and such nonsense because they consume incredible electricity compared to the air conditioners.

  It also has a self-cleaning function, it collects ice on the internal unit and then does defrosting, with smoking in the house the unit is spotless, the fans have collected minimal dust, however soon a maintenance will be done.

  The outdoor units should be washed carefully every 3-6 months with plain water for maximum performance and lower consumption, also when you turn off the air conditioner for 1 minute the external fan stays on to cool/heat the outdoor unit and this may increase the lifespan of the compressor. I hope they last for a few years.

  Note that my house is 46 sq.m. in a building from 1974, up and down left and right I have other apartments so I don't have huge losses, wooden frames with single glass, and always a closed kitchen-bathroom door. In the living room, the balcony door is slightly open 24/7 because the cats come in and out since there is a garden and it is an internal apartment.

  Household consumption

  The highest in January (700 kilowatt-hours) with daily use of the dishwasher, kitchen, old refrigerator, air conditioners on heating 24/7, gaming on the living room PC, water heater constantly forgotten on, plasma TV 55'' (400 watts maximum consumption) for at least 12-16 hours a day due to remote work.

  From February to May, the consumption each month was about 300 kilowatt-hours, in June 500 kilowatt-hours.

  Purchased on December 15, 2023 for €770 including installation for both.

  I have 4 different brands of air conditioners, Midea, Carrier, Morris, Inventor, and now I also got a small Tesla because I wanted something cheap. Well, I regret it. The outdoor unit makes an INCREDIBLE noise; I'm surprised that in other reviews they say it's silent. It makes a bit more noise than the 24 Carrier I have, which generally have very bulky outdoor units and low noise levels are not their strong point. Spend an extra 50 euros if you like peace and quiet.

  I bought the Tesla 9,000 btu air conditioner for my room this year, which is between 20 and 25 square meters, and the air conditioner works effortlessly for cooling/heating, which I use and it does its job perfectly. It is also sturdy and QUIET, so quiet that sometimes you hesitate to realize if the fan is working or not, whether we are talking about the indoor or outdoor unit! And it is quite aesthetically pleasing in my opinion, as my parents gave it to me as a gift, which they chose based on my preferences. But what I like most of all, which is rarely found, is the mold function that you select from the remote control, and after each use of the device in cooling or dehumidification, once you turn it off, the internal fan works for a quarter of an hour to drain the moisture to prevent mold. It is also worth noting that for a minute after turning it off, the external fan operates without the compressor running to cool down the freon and the compressor, to prevent damage during heatwaves. Now, for those who want to connect the Wi-Fi to their mobile phones, follow these steps that I will tell you:
  1) First, search for the link that is in the device's manual on Google, then scan one of the two QR codes that the page will show you (there are ones for Apple's iOS and Android) depending on your phone's software, scan the appropriate one that will take you to the Tesla application in the Play Store, which you will install on your phone.
  2) After doing this, open the application and tap on "add device" and select "large household appliances" and click on the logo that says "Wi-Fi air conditioner" underneath, where it will ask you if you have reset the device and the indicator light is flashing quickly.
  3) Then go to the device and open the front cover to reveal the two filters, on the right filter in the bottom corner, there is a gray router that is clearly visible, as shown in the image I have provided below.
  4) Press and hold the black button on the router that says "reset" for 5 seconds until a green light starts flashing rapidly on the router.
  5) Then press "okay" in the application and bring your phone close to the device, which will automatically connect.

  I ordered something else and after I paid for it, they told me from the store that it is out of stock, so they suggested this one to me.

  I've been using it for a few days in cooling mode and I am satisfied. What bothers me is the noise, especially until it reaches temperature, and then I put it in eco mode so it doesn't bother me as much. For its price, it's good, but I wouldn't recommend it for the bedroom.

  In the end, there is a silent mode, it just requires a bit of searching, and the options on the control are a bit complicated.

  I bought it because I saw the wi-fi which I cannot find.
  It has been four months since I have it and still the website or the app gives me a 404 error.
  That means I cannot connect it to wi-fi for any reason.
  I hope no one else experiences the same and I hope the same does not happen to anyone else.
  I hope the same does not happen to others, it's a shame, kids, it's a shame. It's not the air conditioner's fault but the website or the app. 404 error for 4 months, I cannot do anything else.

  My comment concerns the 9000 BTU device.
  I purchased it on 23/09/23 but I waited a bit to try it before writing my impressions.
  The purchase (320 Euros) was made directly from the store due to the offer of free shipping and a good installation and uninstallation price for the old one.
  I am satisfied with its price and performance, that's why I give it 5 stars.

  For those who are interested, keep reading.
  Its use is mainly for heating, so the performance vs noise issue has some peculiarities (which of course apply to all air conditioners).
  It may be the most economical way of heating, but it also has its weaknesses...
  Personally, I turn it on at high speed (thus, with a lot of noise) for as long as needed, for example, half an hour, and the room becomes a "furnace," and when I go to sleep, I simply turn it off.
  If someone puts it on low speed (silent), the room takes a long time to warm up because the warm air rises and it's difficult for it to "come down" to the height of the bed.
  I assume the opposite will happen in the summer (for those who need it), where even at low speed (silent), the cold air is heavier and stays low.

  In terms of consumption, it's typical. When it turns on, it gradually increases to 1000 W (inverter), and after a while, as it approaches the target, it gradually decreases to 350 W (measured with an instrument).

  The Wi-Fi is a big confusion... I managed to connect it more out of curiosity than because I need it.
  One thing for sure is that where the manual says "health" button, for us it's the eco button, and where the application asks for a reset, we can find the button when we open the cover of the air conditioner (see photo).
  Perhaps the dealership can help with the process.

  I have the 9,000 BTU in a 13 sqm room. It is excellent in terms of temperature, but it falls short. It doesn't have Wi-Fi, it's not pure, and the website gives a 404 error. No matter what I do, it's not good at heating you up, it falls far short. I gave it two stars because I bought it for 355 euros with free installation, and it's just a basic air conditioner, nothing more. If I knew it didn't deliver what it promised, I wouldn't have bothered to buy it. Ridiculous.
