Very nice mouse, I believe it will be very convenient for many. It is very lightweight, has sensitivity, and side buttons that are very useful for precision when aiming in games or when designing. It has a very nice sleek appearance, and the switches are quite clicky and pleasant to press. The cable is like a fabric material, which makes it durable, and it includes a protective cover for the USB of the cable, just like all Razer mice. I love the RGB lighting and especially the nice feel of the click buttons combined with how convenient it is. I use it for gaming, specifically in games like GTA 5, Fortnite, and Minecraft. Mainly in Fortnite and Minecraft, the shape of the mouse suits me since it is comfortable in my palm and wrist, as I have small hands. At the same time, the side buttons are convenient for building, and the sensitivity allows for surgical precision when I aim with a sniper in Fortnite and GTA. It is worth every euro, buy it without hesitation
Although when I first bought it a year ago, it broke in three months and the computer didn't recognize it, that's why the four stars. It took me 2 months to decide how my review for the Razer Cobra would be. The problem is one. How can I be unbiased about something that I don't like and doesn't suit me, but at the same time is excellent for its category?
What do I mean? Its Optical Sensor performance is flawless. Fixing the LOD issue of the Viper Mini. Its shape follows the Razer Viper Mini by 99%. A new version of the Viper Mini is something that the world has been asking for a long time now. It has a flexible and durable cable. It is lightweight, slightly lighter than the Viper Mini. It has enough RGB for enthusiasts and overall fixes every issue of the Viper Mini.
However, personally, I consider RGB on mice unnecessary. It is too small for my playstyle, so I cannot have a full opinion, but as much as I used it, the usage was pleasant with a Fingertip Grip in the size of my palm. While it is in the category of "light-weight" mice, we have seen Razer work wonders with the Deathadder V3 and Viper v2 pro, so it could definitely be much lower. I will say that RGB is to blame.
There are people out there who like RGB, who want a lightweight mouse but not the lightest. There are people out there who have small palms or are looking for a good Fingertip Mouse. The Razer Cobra ticks these boxes.
I had a similar thought process with the Razer Basilisk V3 and Logitech G502. "Who buys something like this?" But they are among the best-selling mice in the world. So, there is a large portion of the world out there that is not looking for the "ultimate" competitive advantage but something that simply suits them and looks nice. I am trying to discover and understand this world to have an even better opinion.
Do I recommend it? Yes, definitely. It is excellent for small and medium-sized palms, almost for every grip. Ideal for fingertip grip for all palm sizes. It's just not for me.
P.S.: The Skroutz question "Are the buttons silent? Shouldn't it be a comparison metric for someone looking for a gaming mouse?" If the correct answer for the mouse is "yes," then it is not what you are looking for in gaming.
It is in the league of the Viper Mini or the Zowie FK2. It is relatively small and lightweight. I come from using the Zowie FK2, which started double-clicking, so the Gen3 switches of the Cobra are a selling point for me. It is also clicky, not mushy like the Gen1 of the Viper. I don't consider the wireless Cobra necessary because the wired one has such a soft cable that you don't even notice it. Its side buttons are made of plastic and will withstand. The underglow is beautiful.
