Hello. A typical adapter for headphones with a microphone. I must mention that this specific company (Delock) has very good and high-quality products. And the most important thing is that it has almost everything (combinations).

I have been using it (for more than two months) daily to work from home, and it works perfectly. With this cable, I can use my headset (with a 3.5mm jack) on my old computer (which has separate 3.5mm inputs for the microphone and headphones).

I have had it for about a month and it works on my own computer with both handsfree sets that I have (an MLS and a Samsung EG920B), but only after some software settings and only on the ports that are on the front of the PC. However, it doesn't work on one of my friend's computers, so it is likely a software issue. Overall, it is convenient because you can utilize the microphone of the handsfree set for something else (such as a PC/Laptop) in addition to the mobile phone.

Waste of money. Supposedly, it is supposed to recognize the microphone from the headphone speakers so that you can connect them to the computer. The microphone doesn't work and I can't hear from the right earphone. I tried it with the Roccat Syva.
