  Amazing product! I tried it in the toilet bowl that had salt stains from the water and it worked wonders! It made it look like new! No scrubbing or chemicals needed.   I have been using citric acid for years to clean limescale in filter coffee makers, in the kettle, and in the steam iron's boiler, and when I want, also in washes in the washing machine for extra softness in clothes without limescale. Also, a teaspoon in a little warm water shines faucets and bathroom fixtures from limescale, without needing expensive and smelly chemical descalers.
  And of course anywhere else someone wants to remove limescale.

  Its price is ridiculous compared to the small packets of a few grams sold in supermarkets.

  I bought it to remove limescale from kettles, coffee makers, etc. No more vinegar. I make a 1 to 2% (w/v) solution and instead of rinsing with vinegar, the kettle smells like lemon afterwards. Just like with vinegar, it needs a good rinse afterwards to prevent plastic parts of the appliance from corroding.
