  I have bought the product here for 2 years and the truth is that it is very reliable. However, the negative aspect of the device is that when you curl your hair, it doesn't stay where you want it to and falls towards the bottom of the cone, resulting in a loose curl. I believe that the coating should not be so smooth and should have some other material that prevents the hair from slipping. I have also used a pink Remington scissors with a larger diameter and the results were much better in terms of application and use, because the coating was not so smooth.
