Some of the tips it gives we have heard or we all know. In some matters very helpful. We actually used it as a manual in our desperation with constipation and colic of the baby and it really helped us a lot. Only for this it is worth its money.

I would not recommend it for purchase as it says basic things about the massage. Especially for an infant who is so delicate, no mother needs any instructions for the massage. It was a big mistake to buy it.
