For its price, the stand is very good. It supports a 32-inch screen (the stand does stick out a bit), 3 height adjustments. Just fine.

The base is great. It does what it says and it is metallic, and the little legs, although plastic, can be adjusted to 2 positions.

It is stable.
There isn't much to a table for a screen.
4/5 because there is the following concern: The legs are plastic and essentially depending on the angle of rotation, the height is determined, with a termination system inside the leg / something like a wedge that sits in a notch. Mechanically it means that not the whole leg bears the weight, but a point of it. For light weight, no problem, but with a heavy screen and perhaps some systematic shaking of it (e.g., changing position), over time it could mean distortion of the shape and destruction of it.
Personally, I have a 27" LG and I am not worried anyway.
