Very good and fast. It has the ability to connect with two USB ports simultaneously, which makes it even faster during recording.

After many purchases of external hard drives, I thought I had bought a reliable machine.
I never had any issues with burning using only verbatim, but unfortunately it "crashed" after three months and is not recognized by any computer.
The port for the cable no longer makes good contact and cannot be fixed.

The photo shows it accurately, it's not a lie. Very good external DVD-RW, with a nice appearance. I think it's worth the money. I've had it for 2.5 years and it works without any problems.
Dec 2021.. I still have it without any problems, the truth is that I use it on average about 3 times a month.

I do not have a complete opinion because I have only written 2 CDs. It is relatively fast but it makes a little noise. The build quality and aesthetics are perfect.

The device is somewhat slow and this is justified (I believe that the only DVDs that do not delay are the SATA ones)! However, I did not buy it for that reason... I bought it because I liked its design, even though the stand was not included in the packaging, the build quality and the price. Besides the speed, what I consider negative is a slight "play" that the "drawer" makes when it extends outward, and also that if you try to press the central button and put your finger on the device, the entire upper surface of the device is pressed downwards and the "drawer" cannot close. Finally, the packaging does not include the base to stand upright.

Excellent product from Asus. It performs its job perfectly and has an easy installation process. I have had it for 1 year and I do not regret this purchase.
