The adapter EE-UC10JUWEGWW allows you to connect your headphones to your tablet or mobile phone via the USB Type-C port.
Specifications are collected from official manufacturer websites. Please verify the specifications before proceeding with your final purchase. If you notice any problem you can report it here.
After 2 failed attempts with other converters (one of them being Sony) with the S20 Ultra, I resorted to the solution of the same company (Samsung) out of necessity. The converter came authentic with its proper packaging, barcodes, instructions, and warranty. Obviously, it worked flawlessly, with a good fit in the USB port and no downgrade in the sound quality of the headphones (Sony). However, I also have the same question as others express in their comments, why remove the 3.5mm jack in the new (and expensive, mind you) mobile models and why do we need to pay extra for converters, especially from the same company?
The main reason I bought it is to use specific headphones that I have and they are convenient for me in bed sometimes. This means that I use it at very low volumes. At these very low volumes, on the S20 FE, there is noise along with the music, noise that was not heard, for example, on the S8 that I had before. I don't know if it's the adapter's fault or the phone's. The price is irrelevant.
We are always talking about the genuine one from Vietnam. It played right away without any issues. The sound is quite good (that's why 4+ and not 5) on JBL headphones but also full ear... a one-way street for Samsung devices since they removed (on purpose...) the jack plug jug32... I will return in due time.
I got the genuine one (Vietnam)
The sound in the music is perfect and you can hear your conversation partner clearly (and of course, they can hear you).
Very good so far, we'll see.....
I bought 2 and both broke within a few months of use. The sound cuts out as soon as the cable is moved even slightly. I tried them on another phone, with different headphones, but it was the same again.
WARNING!!! There are 2 products on the market with similar names:
-the authentic SAMSUNG EE-UC10JUWEGUS made in Vietnam
-the imitation SAMSUNG EE-UC10J made in China.
Those who receive the 1st product will have something very high quality with perfect sound, etc. Those who receive the 2nd product will regret their money as it is a poor-quality adapter (imitation) with a very thin and minimally insulated cable that you can find elsewhere for 1 euro.
To distinguish the products:
-The 1st comes in proper packaging with safety declaration and information about the product, the serial number, the model, etc. on the back.
-The 2nd comes in poor-quality packaging without the safety declaration and without the serial number, model, etc. listed.
Make sure you actually have the authentic one!
Unacceptable!!
I bought it a few months ago for use on my mobile phone and as soon as I pulled out the cable one day, the whole type-c plug came out, and that's not all.... when I plugged in the headphones, it sounded monophonically and not stereo, I just wasted 12€. Disgrace!
It facilitates extremely the use of headphones with a 3.5mm jack. It works with both Samsung and (surprisingly) also on the iPad!
Very good in operation, with clear sound and volume where it should be.
The controls of the headset for volume work.
However, I have bought many because they break quite quickly. Without any heavy or bad use. At some point they usually become monophonic.... The least they have lasted is 3 months and the maximum about a year.
It works perfectly on Samsung mobile phones at least
Although expensive for a 5-point cable, it is the genuine Samsung converter with an integrated DAC, and the sound quality it produces is far superior to other similar converters from other companies. I have bought it 4 times so that I can listen to music in my car from my S23 ULTRA, and I don't think there is anything better than this currently.
I'm sorry, it NEVER WORKED. I have the Samsung S21Ultra and it never recognized it as a compatible device. Before even connecting anything to it... I tried it on other flagship devices of friends and still nothing
It broke in 3 weeks randomly. If you want to throw your money away, it's a good solution... Unfortunately, I will have to buy Bluetooth headphones because I can't find an adapter that does the job.
Okay... The DAC doesn't directly output sound from the phone... but this cable does... which has an integrated DAC from the company! Shame on Samsung...
I can not even begin to explain how horrible this product is. It worked for the first month or so, and then all of a sudden, yesterday, it started making weird noises. Buzzing noises, lowering or increasing the volume at random times, stopping to work, at certain times, etc. On top of that, this product will damage your charging port. It is too hard to insert in the USB - C port, forcing you to use force to push it in, and even more so to pull it out. It is really a waste of money, and I don't recommend it to anyone. If you don't believe me, have a look at the other reviews.
In a oneplus mobile, there is a very strong static. I tried the equivalent adapter from Apple and it doesn't have such an issue.
I bought it because I read that it is Samsung. It does its job on the Samsung phone, but only on the headset. If you want to talk hands-free, it doesn't work
It works with Samsung phones, but it's not worth the 15€ I paid for such poor build quality. It's only a matter of time until it breaks at the edges. However, it's a one-way street for Samsung
The converter works perfectly with any headphones I connected, the only problem is that the cable is quite fragile, I hope it doesn't get damaged.
Simply tragic, very poor, cheap construction quality!!! I used it for about a month, everything was fine, but today my phone fell along with the headphones and the adapter got bent and of course became useless!! Come on guys, find an alternative adapter that fits Samsung so we can be done with it! I used it with Samsung A43.
Does it work? Yes
Is it of good quality? Yes
Is it too expensive for a simple adapter? Yes
Is it only compatible with Samsung? Unfortunately, yes.
I have the Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite. It worked perfectly from the start. It seemed expensive to me, and the only reason I didn't get something cheaper is that I wanted to make sure it was compatible with Samsung.
I bought it for use with GOOGLE PIXEL 6A. It works perfectly.
The only complaint I have is the price, as I consider 10+ € to be too much for a dongle adapter, regardless of the brand. There are others for 5€, but they don't seem to have guaranteed results.
I highly recommend it.
A very good product from Samsung that does what it says. Generally, if you have a Samsung mobile, don't get anything else because the others are not compatible and either play music at a lower volume if you use it for connection to an external device, or don't play at all since the device doesn't recognize them. The mobile used was Samsung S21 Plus.
Guys, UNACCEPTABLE simply... Not just FAR AWAY. Choose any other solution (wireless headphones, Bluetooth receiver in the car). Expensive and they don't even last a week. I used them very little and they broke (I had bought 2 pieces). Seriously, don't waste your money for any reason. UNACCEPTABLE product to the point where it shouldn't be sold.
Those of you who are thinking of getting another adapter from another company, don't do it because Samsung has chosen to only support their official ones.
Disgusting product. 0/5. No discussion, stay away.
Purchased on skroutz for 10€, it is the worst thing ever bought. I bought it a month ago and when I plug it into my phone's port, only one of the two earphones works. I suggest anyone who has a Xiaomi device not to waste their money on it!!
I had doubts about the sound performance, but from the first moment it did not disappoint me, neither in music nor in calls!!! Be careful not to unplug the plug from the phone - it comes off very easily and this creates an insecurity! It's worth its money!!
Expensive but excellent. Sound is just like with a jack. The microphone works perfectly. I use it for video calls. I hope the construction holds up. It needs attention, I'm afraid the cable will break. If you have doubts about compatibility because many people have issues, it's better to buy from the same brand as your phone.
Do not buy it, it never worked, it affected the software of the connected devices and it is dangerous. It should be withdrawn, and the money should be refunded.
The best thing is, if you don't want to spend 100+ euros on Bluetooth headphones that need to be charged every now and then. Plus, it is environmentally friendly and will definitely last longer than Bluetooth ones.
It is difficult to insert into my mobile phone (Samsung S22 Ultra) and even more difficult to remove, as it is smaller in size. Instead of damaging the port of my mobile phone, I prefer to throw it away.
