    Good performance and stability. However, it gets two stars due to the customer service. While the machine works fine, the switch broke and the customer service only has a service center in Athens. They want 55 euros to send it for a switch that could cost 5 euros. What's the point of the warranty then? If you are outside Athens, do not buy Bormann machines in general. Or if you do, don't rely on the warranty.

    UPDATE
    The switch was repaired in Thessaloniki for 15 euros, worked for 1 week and broke again. Now they're telling me that they can't even find a switch. I would never buy it again under any circumstances. I should note that this happened after about 6 months of use
