It's perfect as an idea, but after a summer of use, the fan burned out and doesn't turn at all, the spray nozzles work just fine. To humidify the atmosphere due to the AC, it's very good. In no case can a device costing €10 reduce the temperature of a room!

As a device on its own, it offers a lot (humidification, LED lighting, slot for essential oils) but it has a major flaw. When it is on, the fan automatically turns upwards because the plastic wedges supporting it on the sides are loose, so you have to improvise to make it work properly. Also, one of the two I got cannot operate with humidification because the leakage at the base is really big. As for the air flow, for me it is satisfactory, not perfect - I expected something more - considering I have used other desk fans which I believe have slightly better performance for their smaller size. The humidification, on the other hand, is a positive feature that is not easily found in fans of this category and makes this one stand out. In conclusion, for its size I expected it to have better performance, but overall I think it is a good choice for around 10+ euros if you don't encounter a defect like I did. 3/5 for the overall experience from both of them, 2/5 if I only had the defective one, and 4/5 if I only had the relatively functional one.

1) It does the job, suitable for the library where I got it (low to medium noise level, doesn't bother people around at level 2 fan and level 2 water).
2) It does NOT have a battery, needs to be constantly plugged in.
3) Three settings for both fan and water.
4) It is powered through a type-c port.
5) Excellent price range of 10 to 25€, no competition.
6) Size is approximately the same as a university A4 book with 1000 pages (easy to carry, very lightweight).
7) Rotates 360 degrees MANUALLY ONLY.
8) Water does NOT need to be cold, tap water works fine.
9) Do NOT transport it with water, it will spill in the bag.
10) Water duration is 600ml, lasts from around 1.5 to 5 hours (depending on the user's chosen mist level).
11) When NOT spraying from all 5 holes, after about an hour or so, there might be occasional dripping from the openings. So, don't keep important documents right next to it unless you have it on level 3 continuously. (If you use it every hour for at least 1 minute and from all 5 openings, then this issue doesn't exist)Update: I have had it since June 12th, today is July 5th, I use it continuously for 12 to 14 hours in the library and then throughout the night while sleeping every day, and it hasn't had any issues (referring to the user Eva Miku's evaluation).
Detailed evaluation:
I bought it for 20€ (at the time of writing this review, it costs 10€, which is an extremely good price). Compared to other similar options, it is very affordable, high-quality, and most importantly, IT DOES THE JOB. I got it for studying in the central library of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and it is a lifesaver! In terms of noise levels, if you are alone or with a few people around you, you can have it on level 3 for both fan and water. If you have people right next to you, fan level should be at most 2 and water level 1 or 2. The ideal scenario for me is fan level 2 and water level 2.
It does NOT have a battery. It needs to be constantly plugged in. It has a USB-C port and comes with a USB-A to USB-C cable in the package, WITHOUT AN ADAPTER (the one you plug into the socket). I have connected it to a laptop, a power bank, and a mobile charger adapter, and it works in all three cases (there is a possibility that it may draw slightly more power from the mobile charger, but I'm not sure. It might just be a malfunction in my laptop's port, but I mention it).
Its size is similar to a large university book. For example, the book I am currently comparing it to because I don't have any other with me right now (Electric Circuits Volume AB by Papamarkou) is almost 1000 pages and is A4 size. The fan is slightly shorter than the book, with a thickness of maybe 1 centimeter more than the book, and a length approximately the same as the book, maybe 1 centimeter smaller. It fits in a bag normally, it's like carrying a university book in the bag without the extra weight, just taking up space.
The fan rotates 360 degrees and covers almost all possible needs (the airflow is blocked in some very odd angles for those who are not comfortable with anything, like when looking straight up or straight down. The airflow is blocked due to the fan's frame, which is understandable, I just mention it!). Overall, very satisfied with it! For reading, there is no way you won't find an angle that suits you, unless you want to rest your head on it, then the airflow will be cut off.
It does not rotate on its own, you adjust it to a position and it remains stable there. The mechanism does not play at all, when you adjust it to a position it does not move until you change it again!
During transport, DO NOT have water in the tank, it will spill 100%. If you have it upright in your bag, not completely full, and you are careful during transport, it may not spill, but I do not recommend it because the lid does not close to a degree that if you turn it upside down, water will not spill, its role is to protect the water from dirt and for refilling.
The water you put in the tank does not need to be refrigerated, it does not make a difference. Do not put hot water, use tap water or water from the library's "cooler". It's better to carry a small bottle with you because it will be difficult to fit the entire fan under any faucet. The tank holds at least 500ml, the size of a water bottle.
Depending on how much water the fan sprays, the water in the tank lasts from 4 to 5 hours on level 1 to about 1 to 1.5 hours on level 3. Level 1 sprays from 1 nozzle, level 2 from 3 nozzles, and level 3 from 5 nozzles. Personally, 5 nozzles are not necessary in moderate heat, and if you have it on with 5 nozzles, you may need to move it a bit further from your face because you will start to have water on your face due to the honest amount it sprays. The water it sprays is in a very fine form, so you do not get soaked, it is just a very pleasant feeling.
I highly recommend it, it has saved me during the June exams, and its price is very good!
If it has any negative, it is that if not all nozzles work, that is, all 5, then some drops may fall from the nozzles that do not work every few hours on the table, but this will happen on the fan and its base. So do not have useful papers to put under the fan or within a distance of 5 centimeters.
