Positive:
• The material is hard silicone. The back has some processing that makes it visually resemble aluminum, as well as in touch sensation.
• It does not retain fingerprints or attract dust, unlike cases made of soft silicone.
• The corners do not protrude too much, so handling the screen on the edges is not affected.
• The side unlock button is not obstructed at all.

Negative:
• The back camera frame slightly protrudes to protect the cameras. It could be slightly larger.
• The volume buttons do not fit properly in the case. I had to trim the two inner protrusions that touch the buttons of the phone, so it sits straight now.
• It does not have protection for the charging port, like the factory case.
• I would also like it to have internal protection (e.g. fabric) to prevent the back of the phone from getting scratched in the long run.

Despite the mentioned negative characteristics, it is the best case I have found so far for the Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G. I tried 3 others before settling on this one.
